30-Day Free Trial
Every HEVEA Genius plan — HODL, PULSE, NEXUS, and INSTITUTIONAL — begins with a 30-day free trial. During this period, you have complete access to all features included in your chosen plan. No payment is required, and no charge is made to your payment method.
The trial period begins on the day you subscribe. You have 30 full days to explore the platform, use the signals, access the dashboard, and decide whether HEVEA Genius is right for your workflow.
If you are not satisfied — for any reason — simply cancel before the end of your trial period. You will not be charged.
After the Trial Period
If you do not cancel before the end of your 30-day free trial, your subscription becomes active and your first payment is processed automatically. This is clearly communicated during the sign-up process and in your welcome email.
Once billing has started, subscriptions are non-refundable. The reason is straightforward: you have had 30 days of full, unrestricted access to evaluate the platform before any charge was made. The trial period is your opportunity to assess whether HEVEA Genius is the right fit.
We believe this model is fairer than a traditional refund policy — you are never charged before you have had the chance to experience the full platform.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. The process takes less than a minute and requires no email, no explanation, and no form.
If you cancel during your free trial, no charge is made. Your trial access ends immediately on cancellation, or you may continue to use the platform until the trial period expires — depending on your preference.
If you cancel after billing has started, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. No further charges will be made after that date.
Exceptions
While subscriptions are generally non-refundable once billing has started, we review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. These may include verified billing errors, technical failures that prevented access to the platform for an extended period, or other documented issues attributable to HEVEA Genius.
If you believe your situation warrants an exception, contact support@heveagenius.io with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days and handle all cases fairly.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual plan subscriptions follow the same free trial logic as monthly plans. Your 30-day free trial begins on the day you subscribe. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your annual payment is processed on day 31.
Once an annual subscription has been billed, it is non-refundable. Your access continues for the full 12-month period from the billing date. You may cancel at any time to prevent renewal, but the remaining subscription period is not refundable.
Chargebacks
If you have a question about a charge, please contact support@heveagenius.io before initiating a chargeback. In most cases, we can resolve the situation quickly and directly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account. Fraudulent or unjustified chargeback claims will be contested. Where a chargeback is reversed in our favour, access may not be restored.
