Affiliate Terms

1. Programme Overview
The HEVEA Genius Affiliate Programme allows approved partners (« Affiliates ») to earn recurring commissions by referring new paying subscribers. The programme operates across 5 referral levels, rewarding you not just for direct referrals but for the network your referrals build.
This agreement is between you (« Affiliate ») and Hevea Investment, operating heveagenius.io.
2. Application and Approval
Apply via the Affiliate portal at heveagenius.io/partners/. We review all applications and may approve or reject at our discretion. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
3. Commission Structure — 5 Levels
Commissions are calculated on the net subscription amount (excluding taxes and payment fees) and apply for as long as the referred subscriber remains active.

HEVEA Genius maintains a guaranteed margin of ≥60% on all subscription revenue after affiliate commissions.
4. Tracking and Attribution
You receive a unique referral link (?ref=YOUR_CODE). Multi-level tracking is managed via our Supabase backend. Last-click attribution applies at N1. Cookie duration: 30 days.
5. Payment — Bitcoin
Commissions are paid in Bitcoin (BTC) on the 1st of each month via Binance Pay API, automatically, for all balances exceeding the minimum threshold of $10 equivalent BTC. Commissions for refunded or charged-back subscriptions are cancelled.
You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes on commission income. Payout calculations are based on the BTC/USD rate at the time of payment.
6. Notice Period for Rate Changes
HEVEA Genius will provide a minimum of 60 days written notice before modifying commission rates. Existing active referrals at the time of notice continue at the old rate until the effective date.
7. Grandfathering
Subscribers you referred before a price increase retain their original pricing. Your commission is calculated on the amount they actually pay.
8. Permitted Promotional Methods
- Personal blogs, reviews, editorial content
- Social media posts and newsletters (with compliant disclaimers)
- YouTube, podcast, video content
- Paid advertising — excluding bids on branded terms (« HEVEA Genius », « HEVEA Genius », « heveagenius.io »)
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions:
- Self-referrals (subscribing under your own affiliate link)
- Cookie stuffing or fraudulent click generation
- Misrepresenting HEVEA Genius performance or guarantees
- Spam (unsolicited email or messaging)
- Making return guarantees or profit claims without written approval
- Bidding on branded search terms
10. Compliance and Disclaimers
All promotional materials must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship and include appropriate financial risk disclaimers consistent with our Risk Disclosure. You must comply with all applicable local laws including FTC guidelines, ASA rules, and equivalent local regulations.
11. Intellectual Property
We grant a limited licence to use HEVEA Genius-approved marketing assets solely for programme promotion. Assets may not be modified without written approval.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Valid commissions earned before termination are paid at the next cycle after fraud review.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Disputes are subject to LCIA arbitration.
