They are non-refundable after the 30-day guarantee period, but access continues until the end of the subscription year. When a plan is full, you join a waitlist and are notified immediately when a spot opens. Priority goes to members upgrading from a lower plan. Each signal includes: asset, direction (ACCUMULATE / LONG / SHORT / HEDGE / REDUCE), entry zone, TP1, TP2, stop loss, conviction level (LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH / VERY_HIGH), and score (0–7 indicators).

HODL signals: macro direction (ACCUMULATE / HEDGE / NEUTRAL) based on 4 on-chain indicators (MVRV Z-Score, SOPR, Exchange Netflow, Puell Multiple).

Signals are produced by the HEVEA Genius research team using a proprietary multi-source quantitative methodology combining price action analysis, on-chain blockchain data, derivatives flow, sentiment indicators, and macro correlation. Every signal goes through a risk management process with a minimum R/R (risk-to-reward) of 2.0 before publication. Any setup below this threshold is automatically blocked.

HODL: Weekly signal every Monday 8:00 AM UTC + immediate alerts when direction changes
PULSE: 1–2 quality signals per week. When no quality setup exists, an explicit « NO TRADE THIS WEEK » message is published with market context
NEXUS: Daily signal at 7:30 AM UTC + London session (8AM–12PM UTC) + New York session (1PM–5PM UTC) — max 2–3 signals/day

Signals are delivered via private Telegram channels (all plans). NEXUS and INSTITUTIONAL members additionally have access to a private Discord server with 14 dedicated channels and 5 roles. All signals are also accessible from your member dashboard.

You can change your profile at any time from /risk-profile. Changes take effect on the next signal.

Copy trading (INSTITUTIONAL plan only) connects to your Binance account via API with trade execution permissions only — withdrawal permissions are never requested or used. We cannot withdraw your funds. Your API key is stored encrypted and never shared. You control the maximum capital allocated and the maximum risk per trade. A kill switch automatically suspends copy trading if your monthly drawdown exceeds your defined limit. Supported exchange at launch: Binance only.

The Academy (available from PULSE plan) includes 6 video modules of 5–10 minutes each, with accompanying PDF guides covering: how to read on-chain data, understanding Bitcoin cycles, risk management, position sizing, macro analysis for crypto, and how to use HEVEA Genius signals effectively.

Commissions are paid on the 1st of each month in Bitcoin via Binance Pay. The minimum payout threshold is $10 equivalent BTC — commissions below $10 accumulate to the following month. The reference rate used is Binance spot price on payment day. A 60-day notice is mandatory before any commission rate modification.

Yes. The affiliate program is available to all active HEVEA Genius subscribers regardless of plan. Your referral link is accessible from your member dashboard the moment your subscription is active.

The referral attribution lasts 30 days. If someone visits through your link and subscribes within 30 days, you receive the commission — even if they didn’t subscribe immediately.

Commissions are cancelled if the referred subscriber requests a refund within the 30-day money-back guarantee period. Commissions from subscribers who remain active beyond 30 days are permanent.
