1. Overview
We want you to be confident when subscribing to HEVEA Genius. This Refund Policy explains your rights and the conditions under which refunds are available.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new subscriptions to HODL, PULSE, and NEXUS tiers are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
To request a refund under this guarantee:
- Email legal@heveagenius.io with subject line « Refund Request — [your account email] »
- Include your order number or subscription confirmation
- We will process the refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
The 30-day guarantee applies only to the first subscription purchase and is not applicable to renewal charges.
3. Renewal Charges
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Renewal charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to the Service until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations.
5. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee. After the 30-day period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent future renewal.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We may issue refunds outside these standard conditions at our sole discretion in cases of:
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Extended platform outages (72+ hours) that prevented access to the Service
- Proven technical failures that prevented signal delivery
Refunds will not be granted on the basis of signal performance, market losses, or disagreement with signal outcomes.
