Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HEVEA Genius platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, the « Service »), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (« Terms »). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hevea Investment (« we », « us »), operating HEVEA Genius under the domain heveagenius.io. Signals and analyses are produced by HEVEA Genius.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available where access to financial intelligence platforms is prohibited by law.

3. Nature of the Service

HEVEA Genius provides proprietary research-based signals and market analysis for Bitcoin, Gold, and related assets. The Service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice. All signals, reports, and content are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

No signal or analysis should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Past performance does not guarantee future results. All trading decisions are made solely at your own risk.

4. Subscription and Access

Access to premium tiers (HODL, PULSE, NEXUS, INSTITUTIONAL) requires a paid subscription billed monthly or annually. You may not share, transfer, resell, or sublicense your access to any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, signals, methodologies, software, and materials are the exclusive property of Hevea Investment or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution of signals is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service in an automated manner
• Share, resell, or redistribute signals or content
• Circumvent any paywall or security measure
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED « AS IS » WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Hevea Investment DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We do not warrant that signals will be accurate, complete, or timely.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Hevea Investment SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hevea Investment and its officers from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), seated in London, England.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
